Rebekah's Second Blog Post
In the past I have composed by way of many different formats. Some of the writing styles I have written include various types of reports, speeches, blogs, commentaries, articles, narratives, and research papers. A majority of these were solely for school purposes. By taking this course, I'd like to learn how to write not just academically, but in a realistic and journalistic approach as well. Further, I'd like to enjoy writing for recreation and not just for an assignment.

This is a good way to approach looking at the benefits of taking this course. It would definitely be useful as well as entertaining to be able to write journalistically on a regular basis.
ReplyDeleteYou can certainly conduct interviews and write narratives creatively, Rebekah. We'll be analyzing magazine articles so this should also be of interest to you.
