Sara's Blog Post #2

In the past I have written lab reports for biology and chemistry, resumes, research papers, and many other different types of essays. My senior year I took a language class that consisted mostly of a prompt that we had to respond to. This helped me to be able to organize my thoughts and use some different techniques. In this class I would like to learn more about rhetoric and how to strengthen my argument. I would also like to find out what my writing style is and which type of writing I enjoy most. I also hope that this class will help me to write a better resume because that will be something I will have to do in the near future to secure myself into my desired career.

    Sara, You'll be writing a cover letter and resume for a summer internship so keep that in mind as the semester progresses. You should begin to think about the places that you might want to intern/work.
